IMPACTWEAVE DEVELOPMENT NETWORK LTD/GTE is a company limited by guarantee, registered with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC RC 9520388) in 2026. It is a separate legal entity with its own board — not a branch office of ImpactWeave CIC in the UK.
It shares its founding vision and the ImpactWeave name with ImpactWeave CIC in the UK. ImpactWeave Development Network’s own remit reflects the communities it serves directly in Nigeria, and is broader: girls’ education, youth empowerment, health (including SRHR and mental health), WASH, economic inclusion, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, and environmental sustainability.
The two organisations are sister organisations — aligned in mission and brand, independently governed, and separately accountable in their own jurisdictions.
ImpactWeave Development Network is governed by an independent board of directors, accountable for strategy, compliance and financial oversight in Nigeria. Individual director names are intentionally not published on the site — see the Team section for the full organisational structure.
