ImpactWeave is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. We exist because the mainstream health system, technology sector and climate innovation space have consistently failed Black and diaspora women and girls — not through accident, but through structural indifference.
We are not an outside organisation observing this problem. Our founder is a Black African diaspora woman with lived experience of navigating systems that were not designed with her in mind. That insider knowledge is not incidental to our work — it is the foundation of it.
Our ambition extends beyond the UK. We are building a model that reaches African markets — connecting diaspora communities here with the health and climate challenges facing women and girls across the continent, including through our independently governed sister organisation, ImpactWeave Development Network in Nigeria.
We are actively building partnerships with community organisations, NHS trusts, universities and circular economy innovators. Every partnership we enter is genuinely reciprocal — community partners are paid, named and hold decision-making power in everything we build.
